"The Friends of the IDF Association rented air-conditioned tents to be raised in two gathering areas, in which soldiers stay while waiting during Shabbat. The tents were generously donated by the friends of the association in the United States. 'Our goal is that IDF soldiers will enjoy soccer games and the soccer atmosphere. During the week the tents will be used as common rooms for the soldiers in which they will watch television, and enjoy ping pong and foosball tables,' said the Friends of the IDF association's southern sector manager, Ms. Karin Ifragan."
